Veronique Laurent-Lasson was in charge of international transactions at Euronext (Paris Stock Exchange), a position that gave her a thorough understanding of listing procedures on the different European platforms
In 2000, she founded and managed during seven years the CM-CIC corporate finance department which had 24 professionals when she left, working either on ECM transactions or on corporate brokerage assignments. She has been instrumental in over 40 capital market transactions raising over EUR 1 billion. Mid-market ECM transactions successfully completed include Camaieu, Fleury Michon, Maisons france Confort, AkkaTechnologies, Capelli, Coletica, Evolis, Latecoere, Mercialis, Naturex, NextRadio, Prodware, Sidetrade IPOs or follow-on Offerings (APRR, Sanef, France Telecom, Snecma, Arcelor, Mercialis, Agripo surPaul Predault)
In 2006, she joined Kepler Capital Markets as Head of ECM Team (Natixis, Brossard, Du Pareil au même, Sapmer, Ausy, Altarea …)
She joined Aelios Finance in November 2010 to create the « Aelios Stock Exchange »
And created her company Sponsor Finance in August 2013. Sponsor Finance already finalized Abeo, Kerlink, Miliboo, Cellnovo, Wallix, Safe Orthopedics, TxCell, Fermentalg and Genomic Vision as capital increase for Kerlink, Global Bioenergies, Safe Orthopaedics and Cellnovo.
Veronique is a Paris Dauphine graduate, where she specialized in financial institutions management ("DESS Bank & Finance”). She is a SFAF member and teacher and Board member of Egide and Miliboo

After a master degree in Corporate and Marketing Finance obtained in Science Po Strasbourg,
she has joined Gilbert Dupont sell side analyst team in 2001, Credit du Nord broker (substituary of Société Générale) specialised in small and midcap listed companies. Sectors : transport, leisure and catering.
In 2005, she has been hired by Fortis in Paris, wich had opened a team focused on French small and midcap stocks. Sectors: transport, consumer goods, retail.
In 2010, with her arrival to Kepler-Chevreux team, she has been specialised in companies under contrat liquidity agreement and/or research agreement. Her clients became listed companies and not investors allowing a higher involvement in companies financial issue (communication, financing, etc).
She is also graduate and SFAF member.
Jean-Marc POULAIN

After working as an investment banker for 20 years at KBL and then Global Equities, he joined the audit firm Grant Thornton (N°. 6 worldwide) in 2007, where he led the Fundraising activity until 2020
He participated in some 20 operations (IPOs, takeovers, etc ) on the various Euronext markets, and raised capital for companies from all sectors from venture capital and development capital investments funds
Until 2020, he represented Grant Thornton in the Commission Business lines of accountancy and consultancy at Finance Innovation, the competitiveness cluster of the Paris Marketplace (Paris Europlace)
He hold a Graduate Diploma from the Institut Technique de Banque of the CNAM and is also SFAF member
Renaud Sassi

Renaud began his career at McKinsey as a strategy consultant, then worked at Carrefour as a hypermarket manager and later as CEO of Financial Services (Pass card, credit, and savings).
In 1999, he became CEO of Zebank, the first online bank founded by Bernard Arnault, and then developed Axa's banking strategy, which led to the acquisition of Axabanque.
In 2003, he acquired a company on the verge of bankruptcy with 5,000 employees in customer service, which he turned around and sold in 2006.
Also in 2006, he founded a real estate development and property trading company that experienced a crisis with the subprime mortgage crisis. In 2011, he created an industrial startup specializing in environmentally friendly industrial construction using composite panels. In 2018, he created the Supercard digital gift card department within the Wonderbox group, then launched a Lombard credit startup, Pledger, incubated at Station F, which was later sold to Apicil.
In 2023, he joined the Smartgoodthings group to develop Salva (increasing savings through grocery shopping), which was sold to Garance in 2024.
Since then, he has supported startups and SMEs at various stages of their development.
Renaud is a graduate of HEC Paris.
